100th Anniversary -- Necklace of Lights 1925 - 2025

From day to dusk to dark, the Necklace of Lights around Lake Merritt, Oakland CA., 176 lampposts, 4000 lights. Originally installed in 1925; turned off at the beginning of WWII, subsequently fell into disrepair.
